This role consists in:

  • Coach, Guide, and Supervise CMMS Implementation (SAP ARMP) across AM Europe Long Products, different installations in France, Germany, Poland, Bosnia, Romania, and Morocco, Spain, and Luxembourg.
  • Drive the processes of implementation towards a rigid functional locations and assets tree building with a clearly defined BOMs and BOQs.
  • Coach, Guide, and Supervise Preventive maintenance plan setting for different installations.
  • Criticality mapping for all AM Europe Long Products installations and introduce more initiatives in the direction of industry 4.0 tools and techniques for the critical assets. Build a strong connections and network between all reliability engineers and maintenance heads for sharing different practices and experiences.

Team working:

  • Being able to work in an environment with direct and indirect (functional) reporting team members.
  • Strong networking and team building skills is mandatory.

Your profile:

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Background, at least 5 years of experience in maintenance of the steel industry.

Working knowledge of English language and preferably with a RCM and maintenance background.

Computer experience required:
MS Office, SAP-PM, SAP-MM knowledge is a must.
