We are an independent, leading Benelux law firm and have global exposure through our offices in Brussels, Luxembourg, Amsterdam and London.
Stibbe's Luxembourg office, located in the heart of the financial district, focuses on offering premium legal services in the fields of corporate law, banking and finance law, tax law, real estate and construction law, information technology, investment funds, and asset management.
With around 60 people - lawyers and staff - we provide our clients with the highest quality service, comprising legal advice and representation.

Across the Benelux, our full-service tax practice provides pragmatic and effective advice on some of the most challenging, high-profile cases.
As a member of our tax team in Luxembourg, you will work in a wide range of areas, including inter alia cross-border tax structuring work for large multinational groups and investments funds, restructuring advice, tax support in the context of major finance transactions, the handling of tax litigation / audits and private wealth structuring.
In order to support the growth of our practice and its team of lawyers, we are looking for an Associate with passion to deliver top-notch work.
- As part of a young, dynamic and growing team, you will:
- work with many different people on diversified and high-level cases and transactions. You will handle these files and projects independently;
- manage these transactions with the assistance of a more senior associate or partner, depending on experience.
You have a law degree from an EU jurisdiction, ideally completed by a Master or a post-graduate degree from an Anglo-Saxon university (LL.M.).
You are enthusiastic about tax law, focused on client relationship and high-quality advice, and have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive team spirit.
