_ Mission :

  • The financial organization has decided to foster its data management capabilities and is therefore aiming to implement a new data & analytics platform, which will cover the entire value chain of statistical
- and supervisory data (collection, processing, analysis and dissemination). _

  • In order to prepare the implementation of the program, we are currently looking for a Data analyst Consultant in order to support the establishment of the public call for tender process. In this role, you will support the data & analytics team, composed of business, IT and support function roles, to establish an Invitation to Tender (ITT) covering the new technical infrastructure but also respective professional implementation services. The expected outcome of this process, is to tender, evaluate and select an implementation partner, covering large parts of the new data & analytics capabilities._

_ Tasks _

  • Provide expertise, assess, review and comment by challenging the following parts of the ITT, especially:
  • General tender information: main features, scope & out of scope,...
  • Specific contract terms and specifications related to : project organization, acceptance criteria, documentation, warranty, responsibilities, SLA, KPI...
  • Definition of data analytics services (build and run)
  • Technical and Financial tender forms (pricing sheet)
  • Ensure the overall consistency of the content of the ITT
  • Contribute to the evaluation of offers (advice on specifics aspects)

_ Profile :
_

  • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or another relevant field of study;
  • 10 years as SME Consultant preferably with Data & Analytics Platform:
  • Experience within large-scale program / projects (10+ years) and within the framework of tender processes and documents.
  • Experience with public sector and/or banking sector institutions is considered as a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience to develop and implement data and analytics strategies that align with the company procurement and business goals.
  • Highlevel comprehensions of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to data and analytics and data management techniques, data security and compliance requirements.
  • Vendor management skills: Proven ability to effectively manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts that meet business needs
  • Communication skills with teamfocus: Strong communication skills both verbal and written, ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders and outcomedriven approach.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into data and analytics procurement strategies that drive value for the organization
  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams (IT and Business) to achieve common goals
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
  • As the tender will be in English, fluency in English and French both written and spoken are mandatory.
