Coordinator Corporate Security

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Corporate security department in reviewing audit reports and ensure they are aligned with company and Authorities requirements.
- Assist the Corporate Security department in reviewing and coordinating training requirements between the various departments involved in security training, covering content, methodology, requirements and compliance level.
- Assist the Corporate Security department in drafting, reviewing and coordinate tenders, contractual arrangements and SLAs relating to Security across the entire network in a collaborative way with Regional Management. Ensure all compliance and legal steps are fulfilled from drafting till registration of contract in company database.
- Assist the Corporate Security department in drafting, reviewing, editing and maintain Corporate Security Manuals in the systems dedicated to the management of corporate and operational manuals.
- Ensure that these 4 activities are managed in such a way that there is a logical continuity in security standards applied between contracts, procedures, manuals, training and audits.
- Assist the Corporate Security Department in building an efficient and recognized security culture across the Company by being responsive to security issues and committed to integrity and excellence
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent (e.g. A-Level, BAC, Abitur)
- Bachelor degree in Security or equivalent
- Air Cargo Security experience will be required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Air Cargo Security
- Proven experience in contract review and tender process
- Proven experience in drafting procedures and Manual management
- Knowledge & operational background in Aviation/ Air Cargo and/ or Military/ Police will constitute an advantage
- Experience in training techniques
- Experience in Audits
- Good understanding of EU laws, rules and regulations, International Conventions and/or International Aviation Laws
- Experience in working with Aviation Authorities
- Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages such as French, Spanish and Portuguese are a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full time & permanent contract.
- Position based in Luxembourg.
- Occasional travel may be required within the Cargolux network.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
