Senior Lawyer in Corporate

Our client, a prominent legal organization comprising over 40 professionals, seeks an Experienced Lawyer specializing in Corporate/Corporate Finance to augment their team. This reputable firm provides extensive legal support to a wide array of domestic and international clients. Renowned for its adeptness in diverse legal spheres such as company law, finance, real estate, tax law, digital law, and dispute resolution, the firm places a premium on employee well-being, as evidenced by its accolades like "Best Workplaces Luxembourg" and "Great Place to Work-Certified".
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a cohesive team under Partner supervision to aid both local and global clients in Corporate and Corporate Finance arenas, including:
- Handling contributions and distribution of dividends, approval of annual accounts
- Overseeing merger, demerger, and liquidation processes, as well as corporate restructuring and governance
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client liaison, orchestrating and engaging in meetings and conference calls.
- Supervise a team of associates/assistants, streamlining their tasks and fostering knowledge exchange.
- Conduct internal and external training sessions and contribute to legal publications.
- Engage in business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Possess a Master’s degree in law with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as Avocat/Avocat à la Cour specializing in Luxembourg’s specified practice areas.
- Display openness to emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate a pragmatic and meticulous approach, along with superior prioritization skills to support client decision-making.
- Exhibit dynamism, team spirit, and autonomy.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in French, Luxembourgish, and/or German is advantageous.
