About the Role:

 

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Organization & Improvement R&D Technical Processes Project Manager to join our Organization & Improvement team. 


In this position, you support the organizational evolution regarding R&D and innovation-related technical departments focusing on governance mechanisms, processes and systems. You will oversee the development and implementation of organizational projects that best support the business needs and ensures consistent governance evolution and application on systems.

Main Responsibilities:

 

As Organization & Improvement R&D Technical Processes Project Manager, you will design and implement product R&D processes, deep diving in all aspects and interrelations along the value chain and working closely with the functions involved (R&D Raw Materials, Technical Categories, Local R&D, Central Marketing and many others).

 

You will develop continuous improvement projects to streamline and optimize the R&D processes and secure R&D processes to reflect organizational changes and being point of reference for IT, Documental Process Management and R&D Raw Materials for their implementation within the systems.


In this role, you will be asked to support the R&D functions in drawing up the relevant Group policies & procedures impacting R&D technical functions and processes.

 

Supporting integration of new categories within R&D processes will be key to this role, as well as performing gap analysis to identify and prioritize R&D organizational and process interventions.

 

Finally, you will manage the implementation of organizational projects & programs at Group level, providing change management methodologies and facilitating cross-functional discussion, defining organization plan to lead the change.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring a degree in Business or Engineering and 5 years of experience, preferably in management consulting or FMCG. You have accumulated a strong methodological background to enable effectiveness working in a flexible enivornment and on multiple fronts.

Problem solving attitude and ability to relate with different organizational levels are essential traits. Your core skills should encompass strong analytical capabilities and ability to provide leadership to multiple disciplines in a large and complex organization.

Your role also demands a proactive attitude, and being results-oriented, curious to learn, able to balance and execute on many initiatives in parallel.

You are fluent or a native speaker in Italian, as well as fluent in English.
