Manpower Permanent Placement, the recruitment company of ManpowerGroup is recruiting for one of its clients, a top-tier global automotive industry supplier,  a motivated and experienced Account Payable Officer (M/F/D) to join their team.

Location : Grevenmacher

Role:

• Oversee and execute the entire accounts payable process

• Conduct checks and ensure adherence to accounting procedures, including analytical allocations

• Prepare and control payment batches in collaboration with the treasurer

• Participate in monthly and annual closing tasks, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts related to accounts payable and preparation of audit files

• Facilitate grant payment collection by coordinating with relevant administrations

• Prepare VAT and Intrastat declarations

• Assist in other accounting projects as required

Profile:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and German is considered an asset

• Hold a degree in accounting

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Advanced skills in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

• Thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

• Demonstrate great attention to detail

• Exhibit qualities of a team player, self-motivated, flexible, and autonomous

• Enjoy working with numbers and figures
