Unser Regulatory Intelligence & Services (RIS)-Team kombiniert fundierte Branchenkenntnisse mit technischem Fachwissen in der Investmentfondsbranche, mit dem wir unseren Kunden proaktiv innovative Dienstleistungen im Bereich Compliance und Regulierung anzubieten.

 

Wir decken verschiedene Bereiche der Einhaltung von Vorschriften ab und beantworten die Fragen unserer Kunden zu Themen wie z. B.:

 

  • Marketing Compliance: Überprüfung der Marketingmaterialien, die die Werbemaßnahmen eines Fonds unterstützen, und Sicherstellung ihrer Übereinstimmung mit den EU- und/oder lokalen Vorschriften
  • Investment Compliance: Überprüfung der Zulässigkeit von Vermögenswerten, ihrer Einstufung und der für sie geltenden Anlagebeschränkungen gemäß luxemburgischem Recht
  • Business Compliance: Überprüfung der Anwendung und Einhaltung von Gesetzen und Vorschriften, die typischerweise für Verwaltungsgesellschaften, Administratoren, Vertriebsstellen und Fondsmanager relevant sind
  • Unterstützung des grenzüberschreitenden Vertriebs von Fonds (Ermittlung, Auslegung und Überwachung der Vorschriften für den weltweiten Vertrieb eines Fonds) 
 

Deine nächste Herausforderung

  • Beratung von Kunden zu den Auswirkungen aufsichtsrechtlicher Entwicklungen auf ihre Aktivitäten
  • Entwicklung eines umfassenden Verständnisses der lokalen Vorschriften und Herausforderungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Vertrieb und der Vermarktung ausländischer Fonds (OGAW und AIF) auf grenzüberschreitender Basis
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der regulatorischen Datenbank der Abteilung
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten und Koordinierung der Hilfe für Kunden bei der Auslegung der lokalen Vorschriften, die für ausländische OGAW und AIF gelten, die in mehreren Gastländern vertrieben werden
  • Aufrechterhaltung hervorragender Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden sowie Aufbau neuer Beziehungen zu Vermögensverwaltern 

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • einen Master-Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft besitzen
  • gute Kenntnisse der EU-Vorschriften für Investmentfonds und des Umfelds der Vermögensverwaltung nachweisen können
  • Sie sind flexibel und in der Lage, mit engen Fristen zu arbeiten
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von regulatorischen Entwicklungen
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete analytische, zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und haben gute Englischkenntnisse
