J3C SA, a leader in the coliving space in Luxembourg, is on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Sales Account Manager who is proficient in both English and French. As we redefine living spaces for young professionals, students, and families, we need a team player who is as passionate about innovation and community as we are. Your role will primarily involve email, chat, and phone communications, guiding potential tenants through the process of finding their perfect coliving space with us.


Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding our coliving spaces, providing detailed and tailored advice to prospective tenants.

Manage and follow up on leads through emails, chat, and phone calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand and promote our unique selling points to potential clients.

Maintain and update customer records in the company database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales results.


Requirements:

Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with a knack for building strong relationships with clients.

Comfortable with remote communication tools and CRM software.

A natural people person - outgoing, approachable, and able to inspire trust and confidence in potential tenants.

Strong team spirit, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

An understanding of the coliving concept and the housing market in Luxembourg would be advantageous.
