SAP Application Manager (m/w/d) / SAP Systemmanager (m/w/d)


Was sind Ihre Aufgaben?


  • SAP Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungsverwaltung in Rücksprache mit den Fachbereichen und Key-Usern
  • Customizing der SAP Anwendungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Harmonisierung der Prozesse in SAP und bei der Implementierung von Lösungen
  • Aufnahme von Anforderungen und Fehlern in der SAP Systemlandschaft sowie Problemanalyse und Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen
  • Sicherstellung einer stabilen SAP Systemlandschaft und Bearbeitung von Störungen 
  • Fachliche Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und dem SAP Support
  • Erstellung / Bereitstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen


Was macht Sie aus?


  • Sie verfügen über ein Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, zum Beispiel als Informatiker (m/w/d), IT-Techniker (m/w/d) oder über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Sie bringen gutes bis sehr gutes Know-How im SAP Applikationsmanagement mit (Customizing, Debugging, etc.)
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sie besitzen eine hohe Lernbereitschaft in der Aktualisierung und Erweiterung Ihres Fachwissens.
  • Sie arbeiten jederzeit zuverlässig und selbstständig und verfügen über eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick aus.
  • Sie zählen Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu Ihren Stärken.
