Role/ Department:


The Fund Reporting department in Luxembourg is managing the processes of financial, regulatory and tax reporting. These services involve the management of offshore services, service providers and the coordination of interaction with Regulators, Fund Auditors and Tax Advisors.  The key responsibilities of the role include:


  • Preparing reporting for regulators, clients, investors and other parties as required
  • Cooperation and support for client service teams in responding to client queries.
  • Assisting in the delivery of services including:
  • Luxembourg Legal/Regulatory Reporting production
  • Other global jurisdictional reporting as per Funds distribution countries
  • Timely and accurate delivery of daily and periodic data for regulatory and tax reporting
  • Calculation and delivery of dividend distribution calculations
  • Dealing with requests from regulators, auditors and tax advisors
  • Coordination with internal and external parties ensuring that reports comply with legal requirements in terms of data content, layout and timing


Skills/ Qualifications:


The successful candidate will benefit from having:  


  • Degree (University) in economics/business administration/accounting
  • Some knowledge of fund accounting and Fund legal/regulatory requirements an advantage
  • Some knowledge of the fund administration processes, including regulatory and investor related tax requirements an advantage
  • Accounting knowledge and very good command of MS Excel and MS365, knowledge of GP4 accounting software an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, organisation and coordination skills
  • Strong data analysis and attention to detail skills required.
  • A very good command of English is essential. Knowledge of German/French beneficial.
  • An appetite for learning and new challenges.
