What you will be working on:

In this position of HR trainee, you will have the opportunity to support our business functions on different initiatives related to employee experience, such as onboarding of new employees, data reporting, culture surveys, retention, traineeship, engagement, etc.

The role tasks include but are not limited to:

·    Support the daily activity of the Human Resources team by being involved in the management of various topics related to the full employee life cycle,

·    Facilitate the onboarding process of new employees by playing an active role in the organization of their arrival and by being a point of contact for the future employees after their contract signature,

·    Participate to the creation of internal communications related to different HR topics,

·    Handle administrative tasks and support the Employee Engagement Specialist and Talent Business Partner in their ad-hoc tasks,

·    Contribute together with the Employee Engagement team to HR projects,

·    Create and analyze HR reports. 


What we look for

  • Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Management, HR Management or similar fields.
  • Someone who has a strong enthusiasm and interest for the topics around Employee Experience,
  • Someone very motivated who also displays a strong ownership, autonomy and team spirit,
  • A candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, very good organizational and analytical skills,
  • Someone with a great sense of priorities and attention to detail,
  • Fluent English speaker (French and/or German will be considered as an asset),
