We are currently looking for a:
Junior HR (M/F)
Your mission:
· Front desk:
o Owner of overall front desk operations.
o Answer & direct incoming calls to the appropriate person.
o Collecting mailbox, opening, stamping, distribution and dispatching daily letters
o Administration of visitor’s badges and visitor list
o Ensure all visitors follow safety protocol.
o Update front desk support team on any changes to operations at the front desk and create procedures.
o DHL shipments (regular documents and samples).
o Back-up office and Meeting rooms Management.
· Organization support
o Coordinate events & manage communication.
o Sort & distribute mail & package.
o Create service award certificates & distribute to associates.
o Assist in the organization of company events.
o Travel support (flights, rental car, taxi, and hotel reservation) for visitors & staff.
· General Human Resources Support
o Oversee (new hire) associate gifts – ordering & assembly.
o Organize onboarding schedule for new hires.
o Order business cards and credit cards.
o Generate user Admin tool for new hires or organizational changes.
o Setup new associates in various systems
o Assist with the update of Ultimate pro & well versed in its functionality.
o Actively support HR projects and assignments
o Assists in the administration of all performance management, learning and development, retention, and compensation & benefits programs.
o Assists in the management of all employee engagement activities and be actively involved in its execution.
Your profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
· Ideally, 3 years of experience of relevant experience in HR field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products
· Fluent in English and French, other languages are a plus.
· Flexible, professional and a strong interpersonal skill.
· High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
