- Our client is a well establishing AIFM.
Description
- Manage relationships with banks in regards to maintain efficiency and performance of the overall activity.
- Assisting the Portfolio Manager in the organization of the investment control council meetings and prepare minutes.
- Manage the account opening / closing and maintain bank account database.
- Gathering information from service providers.
- Assistance in the initial steps of the investment related KYC activities.
- Assist the finance team with the annual audit request.
- Assist the Accounting Team with the drafting of legal documentation
- Cooperation with the compliance team with KYC renewal requests.
Profile
- 3 -5 years of experience in a corporate environment ( accounting, fiduciary).
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to details and thoroughness.
