Pour notre client, une banque internationale située à Belval, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) : Expert Repo Reg & Fisca OP (M/F)

Missions

 

Mission principale : L’expert s’occupe avec la prise en charge de la production du reporting EMIR de SG Monaco et avec la mise en place des outils de feedback management du reporting suite à l'entrée en vigueur de Refit ainsi que des outils de contrôles et de production des indicateurs. 

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Produire quotidiennement le reporting EMIR Refit de SG Monaco sur base d’extractions fournies en format Xml

  • Mettre en place un outil de feedback management post soumission du rapport au Trade Repository

  • Analyser et traiter les transactions en rejet

  • Réaliser des contrôles de qualité et produire des KPI

  • Coordonner les actions correctrices si nécessaire

  • Faire un diagnostic des éventuels manquements par rapport aux attentes de la réglementation EMIR pour l’entité SG Monaco et en coordonner la remédiation

  • Mettre en place les actions de change management relatives aux processus EMIR avec SG Monaco (définition des responsabilités, des processus et accompagnement des équipes monégasques dans la maîtrise des actions et contrôles à réaliser à leur niveau)

  • Prise en charge de toute autre obligation découlant de la réglementation EMIR dont la responsabilité aura été attribuée à SG Luxembourg

Compétences opérationnelles

  • Français et anglais au niveau avancé

  • Connaissances des produits dérivés

  • Connaissances de la réglementation EMIR et des évolutions liées à EMIR Refit

  • Connaissances approfondies en VBA, Power BI, Python et SQL                                                                                                           …

Il s'agit d'une mission temporaire de 4 mois pour un démarrage ASAP (contrat initial d'un mois).

Lieu : Luxembourg.

Salaire : 3,650€ bruts par mois + tickets restaurant + 13ème mois (proratisé).
