IT Business Analyst (m/f)


Rôle & responsabilités


  • Analyser les besoins des utilisateurs afin de trouver des solutions adaptées à leurs attentes
  • Organiser des ateliers avec les utilisateurs clés
  • Préconiser des améliorations en termes de processus et/ou de solutions logicielles
  • Elaborer la solution en collaboration avec les acteurs du projet
  • Concevoir et modéliser l’architecture fonctionnelle des applications
  • Définir la stratégie de test, de l'élaboration du plan de test jusqu'à l'exécution des cas de tests
  • Supporter l’exécution des tests (Analyser les erreurs et les dysfonctionnements des nouvelles fonctionnalités) et rédiger des rapports de synthèse et tableaux de bord


Votre profil


  • Formation en informatique (Bac + 3 ou plus / Bac + 5)
  • Expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans l’analyse fonctionnelle
  • Très bonne maitrise du français et de l’anglais. La maîtrise du luxembourgeois et de l’allemand est un avantage
  • Méthode d’analyse et de testing
  • Une connaissance du secteur financier sera considérée comme un avantage
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe
  • Proactif, rigoureux et méthodique
  • Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, d’analyse et de synthèse et de communication


Le(la) candidat(e) retenu(e) sera engagé(e) comme employé(e) de l’État en vertu d’un contrat à durée indéterminée. Si le(la) candidat(e) remplit les conditions en vigueur, il/elle sera amené(e) à se présenter par la suite à l’admission au statut de fonctionnaire de l’État.


Avant la conclusion du contrat de travail, le(la) candidat(e) devra délivrer un extrait du casier judiciaire (bulletin n°3), datant de moins de 2 mois, afin de garantir son honorabilité.
