 IT Business Partner (M/F/D) / CDI / 40h – référence : 4261

For its IT Department in Livange in Permanent Contract – 40h/week

You will be in charge of the coordination and the development of global IT initiatives, of the services management and the customer relationship.

You will also be in charge of communicating advices from IT concerning news initiatives and demands of news tools and solutions. You will coordinate decisions, priorities and all the projects of your perimeter.

You will proactively share your technological risks and opportunities assessment to increase the efficiency of the Luxemburgish Red Cross from the IT point of view.

More precisely, you will be in charge of the: 

• Information system process management : 
• Participating to the set-up of a new IS monitoring (anticipation and workload management, dashboards follow-up...);
• Participating in the set-up and the execution of services process management (ITIL process);
• Participating in the IT risk process (qualitative, budgetary, contractual and planning).
• Crisis management : 
• Analyzing and understanding the origin of dysfunction, incident or accident (physical assessment of the product, processes....)
• Assessment of the products in operation
• Budget (costs evaluation...)
• Products maintenance
• Implementing IT projects for your perimeter
• Customer needs analysis (risks, opportunities...)
• Project management (meetings with stakeholders, defining the quality assurance, defining the communication plan...)

Your profile: 

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in IT 
• You have professional experience in a similar position with strong focus on projects management and IT Service Delivery Management
• You have an excellent knowledge on Information system environment;
• You are rigorous, organized, and have excellent relationship skills
• You have excellent analysis spirit and you are solutions and customers-oriented
• You are fluent in English and French; the knowledge of German is a strong asset. 
• ITIL, PRINCE2, PMI certifications is an asset
