#ARHS is looking for its next talented Senior #Python Developer to reinforce one of its teams.

Your mission:

  • Work with business in developing statistical models
  • Refactor the existing developed models
  • Apply best practises and follow proper design patterns in Python
  • Align and cooperate with other teams (i.e. the platform team which provides the transversal python modelling environment)
  • Take care all the aspects of the development process (develop, code review, unit test, automated testing, release pipelines etc.)

Your profile:

  • Solid python knowledge and ecosystem (built-in, modules, etc)
  • Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, complexity, etc.)
  • University degree in Informatics related studies, or equivalent by experience
  • At least 5 years in proven Python development;
  • Strong testing practices (test driven development, regression, pytest, etc.)
  • Collaborative attitude, as well as being a good team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good abilities for reporting on his/her own progress
  • Fluent in English (spoken, written, read) , French or German is an asset
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on large project

Desirable:

  • Finance experience or interest in the industry
  • Good understanding of Continuous Integration
  • Being familiar with Excel, VBA, Microservices, API design (REST), Agile methodologies, CI/CD operations, Apache
