For immediate employment, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our purchasing team on a part-time basis.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Purchasing team in global purchasing strategy implementation.
- Provide administrative support to the Merchandise and Purchasing team.
- Maintain, organize purchasing database and records Excel and other relevant tools.
- Support the team in communications with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Address and resolve administrative issues promptly.
- Assist with various aspects of procurement and inventory management.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, within a Merchandise and Purchasing field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and spreadsheet software like Excel and other Microsoft tools.
- Fluent in English, other languages are plus.
