For one of our client, we are looking for a

 

 

Clerical Support - First line IT support (M/F/D)

Main tasks :
⢠Analyse, select, configure and deploy enterprise and network management tools ;

⢠Supporting and troubleshooting web based applications ;

⢠Documentation of solutions, maintaining user/ administration guides and step-by-step instructions ;

⢠Document policies and operating procedures ;

⢠Implement, and maintain network security policy, standards, and procedures ;

⢠Perform customer service support and other profile-related tasks.

 

Profile required :
⢠Recent and relevant experience related to IT Helpdesk functions ;

⢠Knowledge of enterprise and network management ;

⢠French and English speaker (level C1) ;

⢠Experience of less than 3 years is required ;

⢠If you have a Clearance, itâll be considered as an advantage.
