Nous accompagnons une société de gestion d'actifs financiers réputée et familiale dans la recherche d'un Senior Financial Controller. Cette société bénéficie d'une présence européenne et offre à ses clients des solutions de gestion active adaptées.

En tant que Senior Financial Controller, vous intégrerez l'équipe "Finance Control", composée de 3 professionnels dédiés au contrôle de gestion à l'échelle du groupe, tout en reportant au Head of Financial Control.

Vos principales missions :

  • Analyse de la performance : Développez et communiquez des tableaux de bord sophistiqués pour permettre à la Direction Générale et aux managers de piloter efficacement l'entreprise.
  • Pilotage budgétaire : Agissez en tant que Business Partner en prenant en charge la construction et le suivi des budgets et des business plans.
  • Arrêtés mensuels : Participez aux clôtures mensuelles en collaboration avec l'équipe comptable et analysez les indicateurs clés pour le management.
  • Gestion de projets : Engagez-vous dans les projets stratégiques de l'entreprise, y compris le lancement de nouveaux produits ou activités, et supervisez les budgets associés.
  • Support et développement : Contribuez à l'évolution des outils financiers et à la mise en place de nouvelles solutions adaptées aux besoins de l'équipe et de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché :
  • Diplôme de niveau Master dans le domaine financier.
  • A minima 10 ans d'expérience en finance, idéalement dans le secteur de la gestion d'actifs.
  • Expérience avec des outils comme Board ou autre EPM, Tableau Software ou autre outil BI est un plus.
  • Un niveau courant de langue française ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Un esprit d'équipe marqué et capacité de travail en collaboration avec les différents services.
  • Une aisance relationnelle.
  • Être rigoureux et respecter les délais.
  • Dynamisme, positivité, et proactivité.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Intérêt pour la technologie et gestion de projets.
