About the Role:

For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, we are currently looking for an IT Procurement Category Manager who will be reporting directly to the IT and Professional Services Category Leader. 

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will actively contribute to the definition and execution of the IT category strategy. 
 
You will perform market & spend analysis and provide the management with updated specific analysis to continuously improve the procurement performance. 

Your role will be also to manage contracts ensuring the agreed delivery and service levels while optimizing value for Ferrero and applying the internal methodologies, procedures, and risk management tools. 

As IT Procurement Category Manager, you will maintain, consolidate, and improve relationships with existing suppliers, to ensure continuity, manage criticalities and escalations. 
Analyzing the industry market and identifying partners that are potentially valuable to foster innovation will be as well under your responsibility. 
You will conduct negotiations with suppliers of the IT category, in alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct & Code of Ethics. 

Moreover, you will collaborate and support the Region General Procurement Managers to optimize and standardize the procurement processes, maximizing the process performance and delivering the best results for the business.

Last but not least, you will be led to manage the relationship with business stakeholders ensuring support and alignment on business requirement. 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Economics, Business Administration, IT or other related fields with around 6 years of experience in Procurement inside a multinational organization.

On top of that, you are showing your knowledge of supplier selection & qualification, tender/bid management, strategic sourcing, suppliers' portfolio management, contract management, suppliers' performance evaluation and supplier risk management. 

Enthusiastic, your strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented approach and stakeholder management will be key to succeeding in this role.

Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English.
