The Department of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance of the University of Luxembourg is looking for a Postdoctoral researcher to conduct research in the business and management field.

This is a re-opening of a previously advertised post and only those candidates meeting the job profile requirements should reapply.
The postdoctoral researcher will be working under the supervision of Professor Denise Fletcher.
The Postdoctoral Researcher will be responsible for:
- Publication of articles in scientific articles and contributions to conferences in the management field
- Assisting with curriculum design, teaching activities, (one to three hours a week), and contribute to tutoring students
- Participate in external funding applications for research

We are looking for a candidate with a PhD in Management, preferably with a specialization in entrepreneurship, business ethics, critical management, industrial relations, corporate social responsibility and/or sustainability.
In addition, the candidate is expected to have:
- Proven ability to autonomously conduct research at a post-doctoral level
- A strong interest in organization theory from the point of view of socially responsible management and entrepreneurship, business ethics, critical management, or sustainability
- An understanding of qualitative research methodologies that involve some of the following: discourse analysis, narrative, semiotics, conversation analysis, content and text-based analysis, ethnography, participant observation, grounded theory and case study work which, amongst other things, emphasis contextual sensitivity, ethical issues, holistic perspectives and understandings of organizational phenomena as 'in process'
- Good IT skills (including MAXQDA, or NVivo)
- Proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Have the linguistic skills to evolve in a multilingual environment: fluency in either English or French, good understanding of the second language and possibly a third language, German in particular, will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and writing skills

Academic staff from 18 different nationalities teach at the Faculty, supported by practitioners from the field, visiting scholars and guest professors. Rooted in Luxembourg but with a European and international outlook, the Faculty counts three departments:

- Department of Finance
